Product details

Professional strapping set, consisting of a tensioning device, a mobile strapping dispenser, and phosphated metal seals. It features a polyester composite strap with a width of 19 mm, designed for high demands. This strap offers optimal protection and ease of handling, as well as exceptional stability, flexibility, and sealing strength.

The additional plastic coating makes the composite straps weatherproof and resistant to sharp edges. The phosphated metal seals enhance sealing strength and ensure a secure hold.

The set includes:

  • Tensioning device for strap widths of 16-19 mm or 25 mm
  • Mobile strap dispenser for roll widths up to 150 mm and core diameters of 200, 280, or 406 mm
  • A roll of polyester composite strap with a core diameter of 200 mm
  • Phosphated metal seals, available in packaging units of 1000 pieces for 16 or 19 mm or 500 pieces for 25 mm

All components can be reordered individually. The polyester strapping has a very high breaking strength, low strap elongation, and is available in closure types as metal seals or sleeves. It is soft, elastic, and weatherproof, suitable for securing various modes of transport, including pallets and heavy or bulky goods.
