The 1798 inks from Jacques Herbin's exclusive collection celebrate the beginning of the production of Herbin inks, a pivotal event in the history of the house, which was founded in 1670. The 1798 inks feature a silver shimmer for an elegant finish. The Kyanite ink is light blue with a tendency towards turquoise. It is embellished with silver glitter, providing a bold and elegant writing experience. The ink is suitable for fountain pens, rollerball pens, glass pens, and dip pens. The sealing of the cap and the seal on the bottle are handcrafted in our workshops.

Herbin 1670 Ink Jacques Herbin 1798 Collection Ink Bottle (50ml) This exclusive collection of 1798 inks celebrate the year Jacques Herbin first into duced his own line of quality inks, an important step in the history of this brand founded in 1670. 1798 inks are illuminated with shimmering flecks of silver for an elegant finish. Kyanite is bright blue and leans toward turquoise in colour. It is magnified thanks to a cloud of silver glitter for a powerful and elegant style of writing. Since the discovery of the famous mining region of Nepal, Kali Gandaki, Kyanite has been recognized as a noble mineral because of its similarities with the rich tones of sapphire. The waxing of the cap and the seal on the bottle are done by hand in Jacque Herbin's workshops. Each bottle of ink is boxed and delivered individually.
