Biodegradable? Organic, of course. Lyreco is careful with its packages. For this reason, we can do without filling materials. However, if you want to ship something through a third party, you may not be able to expect the same level of care. Filling materials protect the goods being shipped in such cases. But what do you do with the filling material after unpacking the goods? Flopack has also thought about this, and the result is the Bio-Chips. These are biodegradable and can easily be added to industrial compost. This is, of course, only if the recipient does not have any further shipments to send – in that case, the chips can be reused. Natural raw materials were also considered in the production of these chips. They contain water, air, and starch.
