Which cutting plotter can you recommend for rigid PVC with a thickness of 0.5 mm?

I need a cutting plotter with the same cutting template every time. Preferably scan once and you're done. The material is rigid PVC with a thickness of approx. 0.5mm. The print run is approx. 200 A4 sheets per year. I like Brother because of the scanner. Motif is not too filigree. Many thanks for your help.

    Scan and then cut

My requirement: - scan a photo once (the photo consists of 4 independent pictures and there are borders in between) - place a cutting net over it (so that the four small pictures are cut out of the whole photo) - insert another photo (same structure) and set two reference points on the scanned image - Plotter cuts out the 4 small pictures - etc. "Serial cutting The distances between the small pictures and their size is always the same, but the distance to the edges of the "total photo" can vary and therefore set the reference points. Now my question: Which cutting plotter can do this?
