Question about Babymoov Nutribaby Plus

Hello, I was gifted the Babymoov Nutribaby Plus last year via my Galaxus Wishlist. we have been using it for the past six months preparing all our baby’s food and it has just recently stopped working. We have tried troubleshooting it, doing a descaling as the calc light remains on and the buttons of the various functions are on, but it doesn’t work when you want to choose a function on either the steamer side nor the blender. According to the Babymoov Nutribaby website It is still under warranty, but as this was a gift bought on Galaxus for us by our relatives overseas, do I need to send it to Galaxus or Babymoov for repair/replacement? We really rely on this product everyday for our baby’s food, hopefully we can get this resolved ASAP. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
