Soft foam
A material that is often used in mattresses is the so-called soft foam. This is a polyurethane foam, which has the following characteristics:

  • Low density (about 20-30 kg/m³)
  • Compression hardness > mattress is rather hard
  • Small, uniform pores, resulting in low air permeability

Thermo fleece
Consists of 100% polyester and provides a soft, cuddly pad for changing mats.

Phthalate-free PVC
Phthalate-free PVC is free of chemical plasticisers, which are frequently used to improve the softness and stretchiness of a fabric or to make it easier to process. Träumeland changing mats consist of phthalate-free PVC foil.
