Product details

Warm up briefly in the microwave. Shake the avocado until the filling is evenly distributed. Relieves pain and tension. Filled with grains and lavender. Provides long-lasting warmth and has a lavender scent. Made from 100% organic materials. Always place a cup or container of water in the microwave to provide moisture, which prevents the grains from drying out and maintains effectiveness after heating. Heating times: 500-700 watts - maximum 1 ½ minutes; 750-1000 watts - maximum 1 minute. Cleaning: wipe with a damp cloth and allow to dry completely before the next use. Note: Not suitable for diabetics or individuals with circulatory problems. Do not place on or near sensitive skin, open wounds, or abrasions. Always allow to cool to room temperature between uses. Do not wrap in materials, sleep with the product, or use as a bed warmer, as this may lead to overheating.
