Hello. Have you tried ordering via the Neonate website? https://neonate.no/product/battery-bc-6500d-1450mah/ or https://neonate.no/product/battery-bc-6500d-1450mah-3-wire/ depending on the version you have. Best regards, Christian.

Hoi - there are 2 different replacement batteries for the 6500D (from Nenoate itself) https://neonatebabymonitor.com/product/battery-bc-6500d-1450mah/ and https://neonatebabymonitor.com/product/battery-bc-6500d-1450mah-3-wire/ The best thing is to contact the customer service quickly to see if they can clarify this and procure (and if necessary know where to exchange). https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new?ticket_form_id=39231 LG

Hello, Yes, you can switch the sleep timer on or off on the parent unit in the settings for the respective baby unit. As far as I know, the baby unit must be switched on.

The battery seems to be different, as you have already noticed. Also, with the more expensive unit, you can buy additional baby units and pair them with the existing parent unit as well. This way you could monitor several rooms/babies with one parent device.

Hey Maike We didn't buy a mounting kit. The device actually fits well in any trouser or jacket pocket. In the children's room, the device was simply placed on the dresser. When we were out and about, we always found a place even without a holder (backpack, trouser pocket, jacket pocket, etc.). We used the device mostly as a reporting system, as the call-back function usually did not lead to the hoped-for success. I hope that I have helped you, Greetings Patrik

If the parent unit reports "Out of range" and beeps, proceed as follows: Press "M" button then the display shows Use +/-Button "Press "+ or -" button then the display shows "Alarm off Press the "M" button and the display will show "Alarm is off". The Baby Unit that has been switched off is no longer connected. As soon as you switch the Baby Unit on again, it will function automatically. This is the simplest and recommended procedure. This is also described on page 32 of the operating instructions.

You must pair both BABY devices with the parent device again. Only the device that you have selected with #BU will then be shown on the parent device. If a child activates the BABY device (makes sounds), you should see which child is crying on the parent device. (It will automatically show the child that is making sounds). If all children are quiet, only the device you have selected with #BU is displayed. It is a bit difficult to describe, but I hope I could help.

This depends very much on the house or how thick the walls are. Outdoors it transmits very far and in the house we have only tested it for one floor. Over four floors, however, I don't think you will find a standard baby monitor that can do this. I would use an app for two smartphones or a baby monitor for via WLAN or mains power.

Do you also deliver to Germany?

Unfortunately, we are not able to distribute our products in countries other than Switzerland, as our deliveries are carried out by the Swiss postal service. Likewise, the warranty services cannot be guaranteed across the border. We are therefore unfortunately unable to offer deliveries abroad.
