What is self-soothing?
Self-soothing is when a child wakes up and falls back to sleep without the help of a parent or carer. To self-soothe and eventually fall asleep on their own, children often put their hands in their mouths or gently rub their cheeks. With unique wings, the Swaddle Up is designed to promote safe self-soothing. Self-soothing = calmer = more sleep.

Wash in a laundry bag in a warm, gentle machine wash with similar colours
Pull into shape after washing
Tumble dry at a low temperature
