Haakaa Breast milk bag

Haakaa silicone milk bags are an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional disposable milk bags. They provide a practical solution for storing, transporting, and warming expressed breast milk. Reusable and designed to reduce single-use plastic waste, these milk bags can be safely placed in both the fridge and freezer, allowing for storage either lying down or standing up. Simply fill the bag with breast milk and close it with the leak-proof stopper. To warm the milk, place the entire bag in a water bath.

The stopper features a handle for easy transport. Please note that the volume indicated on the bag is only an approximation, as the soft material does not allow for an exact measurement. Made of food-grade silicone, these bags are free from BPA, PVC, and phthalates. It is recommended to clean the Haakaa silicone products by hand with hot water and soap after each use, as the silicone may turn milky in the dishwasher. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents such as sterilizing tablets or bleach.

Sterilize Haakaa silicone products after each use, preferably in a steam sterilizer or by boiling them in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Do not use UV sterilizers, as they can shorten the life of the products. Regularly check that the product is intact and replace it if there are any signs of damage. Store the item away from sharp objects and use only soft sponges or brushes with soft bristles for cleaning, as hard bristles or sponges can damage the silicone surface. If the item comes into contact with dishwashing liquid, the silicone may turn white, which is not harmful.
