What is PLA:
The material commonly referred to as bioplastic is biodegradable and compostable, derived from the fermentation of corn starch, sugarcane, or sugar beets. It is free from melamine, BPA, lead, phthalates, PVC, mercury, and latex, making it an excellent sustainable alternative to petroleum-based products.
