The handle is now even easier for an adult to open. Additionally, the indicator is located on the handle, making it simpler to see that the gate is correctly installed. This is a pressure-mounted gate that does not need to be screwed in, leaving no screw holes in the wall or frame after use. All Baby Dan pressure-mounted gates have an indicator. If the indicator is invisible/white, the gate is correctly installed; if it is visible/red, you need to tighten the nuts more. If you still see the red mark after closing the gate, install the gate with wall cups. If that doesn't help either, do not mount the gate in the door opening. Instead, opt for a screwed safety gate.
