The Angelcare refill cartridges last longer and use much less film. The diapers are not individually wrapped in film, but collected in a tubular piece. This is more environmentally friendly, as significantly less film is used. One Angelcare Classic XL Dress-Up XL cartridge is sufficient for approximately 180 diapers.
