Question about Pure Evoke C-D4

The sound is fine via CD and Bluetooth, but via DAB or FM it hums and noises as if the speaker were broken. Is this a defect? I have several older PURE radios at the same location and they work perfectly...

Helpful answer

I don't hear anything humming on the pure.
However, I know the problem on another DAB+ radio in my household. But not all the time. I have no idea what the problem is.
