After a long back and forth with Philips support, I would like to ask again briefly here: Does the display "SL BATT 0" and "SR BATT 0" keep appearing even though the left and right speakers are docked and fully charged? I get this message almost every hour...
I know this display only too well. I see it every 20 minutes. Only when docked and although the speakers are loaded. Even a firmware update has not improved the situation. It looks like a software error to me.
Hello, I own a Philips Soundbar Fidelio b 97. I have only bought it second-hand for 2 months now and it always went very well until 3 days ago, the surround speakers no longer play and charge automatically (flickers red then just red, off again and so again constantly) as well as the subwoofer which I can no longer connect. I have already tried everything (reset everything, set factory settings and unplugged cables, Bluetooth turned off back on, Wi-Fi off and back on. When the soundbar is turned on, the subwoofer light comes on. I don't turn it on. Then I do it manually, press the pair button for 5 seconds, then it quickly flashes blue and I can't connect. The soundbar just turns on and works fine, but the surround sound speakers don't work. Can you help me with that please? Hopefully a software update problem.
Kind regards, Yves
Yes, I keep seeing the display even though the satellites are docked and fully charged. I was worried that the batteries were already dead, but they still work normally when I undock them. I have the latest firmware as far as I know.
Will probably be a (relatively annoying) software problem which will hopefully be fixed by a firmware upgrade.
I have had the soundbar for almost 3 months now and have only seen these displays once. I let the satellite LS run remotely until 0. After docking, the display disappeared again. I have never seen this message with docked LS.
