I had exactly the same problem and couldn't find a solution. digitec didn't know what to do and replaced the whole system because the warranty hadn't expired yet. Now I have a new system, but I'm afraid that the problem will reappear at some point...
The only "solution" could be to always power the speaker with a USB-C cable.
Hello, have you downloaded the "Philips Sound" and "DTS Play Fi" app to your mobile, you can use these to set up the soundbar and also connect Wifi. Greetings Sandro
Without the subwoofer, the reproduction becomes too flat. The best thing about this soundbar IS the subwoofer. I wouldn't spend the money without it. The detachable satellites are ok, but only recommended for Blue Ray discs. The volume of the satellites could be better when listening to music or watching TV. I always have them on the dock, but that doesn't help much.....

Hello,I own a Philips Soundbar Fidelio b 97. I have only bought it second-hand for 2 months now and it always went very well until 3 days ago, the surround speakers no longer play and charge automatically (flickers red then just red, off again and so again constantly) as well as the subwoofer which I can no longer connect. I have already tried everything (reset everything, set factory settings and unplugged cables, Bluetooth turned off back on, Wi-Fi off and back on. When the soundbar is turned on, the subwoofer light comes on. I don't turn it on. Then I do it manually, press the pair button for 5 seconds, then it quickly flashes blue and I can't connect. The soundbar just turns on and works fine, but the surround sound speakers don't work. Can you help me with that please? Hopefully a software update problem.
Kind regards, Yves

We understand your dissatisfaction, this is quite normal and we are truly sorry for the circumstances incurred. It is not in our interest to disappoint our customers with delayed deliveries.
Indeed, the delivery time is supposed to inform you, as accurately as possible, of the time you should expect to wait before receiving the item, once it has been ordered.
However, please note that this time is based on information provided to us by our supplier. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for suppliers or manufacturers themselves to be unable to meet their deadlines and therefore delay the delivery of your item. This is why our website states that we can never guarantee a delivery time.
We should receive a supply within a few days.
