Question about Grundig Music 6500
Does this radio also consume a lot of battery in standby mode? and is there a button to switch it off completely (not just standby)? I assume you can listen to the SRF stations on DAB+ with it?

Rather unsuitable for battery operation, we are connected to the mains. I can only emphasise the comment below, when switched off completely, the transmitters have to be searched for and set again. SRF stations are received. Device is ok when operated without battery.
The radio can hardly be used on battery power. It doesn't last a week on standby without being used a lot (bathroom radio). You can also switch it off completely, but then it takes a long time to search for the stations and tune in. SRF stations are all there. I'm not very happy with it.
