After 6 months, the battery gave up sagging and without complaint. It simply can't be charged any more. And now what to do next? On Digitec's website, there is only a general warranty page. But I would like an address where I could have the defective battery replaced by Godox.

In order for this to be checked, you would have to file a warranty claim. https://www.galaxus.ch/de... . After that, you can be told to which stele you can send it.
