No. The Godox and Sony radio systems are not compatible with each other. I recommend the Godox V1 or 860III, which saves a lot of money.

The modelling light is actually just what the name says: a modelling light. The brightness of the Godox Wistro Ad600 Pro TTL can be scaled, but the colour temperature is preset. At a certain brightness, the flash's internal fan switches on, which is not really quiet. I recommend an LED video light. There's also one from Godox, it's good quality, but not available at Digitec so far. An alternative might be Walimex.
Unfortunately, we currently have no information about when the item will be available again and when we will be able to deliver it.
