Thomastik Dominant Pro DP100

Fifty years ago, Thomastik-Infeld was the first string manufacturer in the world to successfully produce violin strings with a synthetic core made of the finest nylon threads. However, since 1970, playing styles and sound concepts have continuously evolved. The desire for a Dominant-like set of violin strings that expands the possibilities of existing strings has become increasingly vocal. Thomastik-Infeld has responded to this demand with the launch of Dominant Pro.

The set consists of:
DP02 A string: Synthetic core, aluminum winding
DP03A D string: Synthetic core, silver winding
DP01 E string: Carbon steel core, tin winding
DP04 G string: Synthetic core, silver winding.
