    Price worth!

This board replaces my Asus TUF Mark 2 because it could only deliver 300w for the CPU. This board however manages to keep my I9 7960x running at 4.6 Ghz @ 1.3v without shutting down. The RGB lighting is not a slap in the face, very discrete. The manual says that the M.2 slots only support PCI-E SSD, but my M.2 1TB Sata SSD from WD runs perfectly!

    Tiptop

As far as I know, there are problems with the VRM cooling (as with most x299 motherboards), but this is not a problem for me thanks to a monoblock.
My i9 7900X runs at 1.23V and 4.8GHz on it.

    Pro

    • Design
    • Bios
    • Bios Switch between 2 Bios Chips (Also useful for OC'ing)
    • Wi-Fi
    • RGB lighting
    • 12 Phase Design (VRM)

    Contra

    • No temperature sensor header
    • Too few fan connections
    • Miss a "Safe Boot Button" (I find this enormously tedious when OC'ing)
    • Only one LED header
    • MysticLight (software to control the lighting) is sluggish
    • 2x Lan ports would still be great or a 10GB port
