It would be even better with a mail merge function from an external table.

Works tiptop! Works for EAN / GTIN codes as well as for address labels.

    Pro

    • Easy to handle

    Contra

    • Must be connected to PC with USB cable AND separately to power...
    • Serial GTIN functionality (serial letter?) not yet found
    • Always wastes a label when the roll comes to an end. Pity.

This thing is a real pain

The software supplied with it is reminiscent of free printer software that still ran under Windows 3.1. Completely unusable. Logos can only be inserted if they have first been formatted to the correct size in another programme.... This means that the label can just as well be designed in another programme. The label type is not recognised automatically. Once the label type has been set, it cannot be saved. Each time after closing the programme, the label format must be determined anew. It's like telling my normal printer to print on A4. Once the Dymo is installed, it sets itself as the default printer for all programs! So don't be surprised if, after installation, the first email you want to print using "quick print" comes out of the Dymo spread over 25 labels instead of the normal printer.

    Pro

    • Print quality

    Contra

    • Software unusable
    • Setting up tedious
    • Labels are partly not available in the print selection
