Hi. i do have issues with my Sennheiser Momentum Wireless 3: quite regularly only the right earbud gets charged in the dedicated box. The left one is either empty or receives only very little charge. It is already my second pair as I had to exchange the first one due to noise cancelling not working. Anybody else with a similar issue? Any solution? Thanks a lot.

Hi there. I had exactly the same problem but it was happening with both ear buds. Eventually they stopped being able to be charged with the box entirely. I am currently waiting for a replacement, but by the sounds of things if you had this problem twice I should just get a full refund?

Hello fellow Sennheiser customers. The handsets on my TW3 are no longer charging. The right handset recently ran out of charge when I was using it outside and I connected the handset and base station to the cable as usual. Status now: The base station is at 100%, the left handset 10% with flash symbol and the right 10% without flash symbol. Base station flashes orange slowly when both handsets are in and is green when no handsets are in. And this state after several days on different sockets, charging cables and power banks. Firmware is up to date: 2.4.22 Sennheiser instructions say: if charging does not work: reset handset. I have tried: does not work. Neither with touch, nor via the app. Instructions say: if resetting does not work: charge handset. How, without resetting? Does anyone know a workaround? Or should I exchange it (for the second time)? Have a nice WE Claas

Same here. Exactly the same problem. Will send them in a 2nd time. The 1st time, one of the headphones was much quieter. Finally received a replacement after 2 months. These have now worked for 8 months until the reported problem occurred. The 2nd replacement is also within the 24-month warranty period. I'm curious to see how Sennheiser will handle this when the 3rd pair of headphones give up the ghost 2 years after purchase. Then I will definitely switch to another product.

Is it possible to programme the headphones so that you can fast-forward with a swipe gesture (like "next track)? With my Sennheiser CX 6.00BT I can fast forward for 15 seconds. Thank you.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. You can assign certain commands to the various gestures yourself via the Smart Control App. Previous/next track is possible, but unfortunately not fast-forward.

How good is the ANC compared to the Sony WF-1000XM4 or Sony WF-1000XM3? How is the sound in general? Is it very bass-heavy or is it balanced? Is there an app with an equaliser?

I have no comparison of the Sennheiser headphones with Sony. Compared to my Bose QuietComfort 35 II, they sound even more open, with a wider stage. They don't overdo it in the bass, but they are crisp and deep. The mids sound very natural and voices are well positioned in the room. It seems fresh and lively without exaggerating frequencies. The frequency response can still be corrected and saved in the app. However, this was not necessary for me. The ANC is somewhat better than the Bose. Above all, they are less noisy when the music is off. Everything seems to be of high quality and the included silicone parts fit the earphones well in the ear. Surprisingly, they fit very well in my ears, so I can even do sports with them.
