Hello fellow Sennheiser customers. The handsets on my TW3 are no longer charging. The right handset recently ran out of charge when I was using it outside and I connected the handset and base station to the cable as usual. Status now: The base station is at 100%, the left handset 10% with flash symbol and the right 10% without flash symbol. Base station flashes orange slowly when both handsets are in and is green when no handsets are in. And this state after several days on different sockets, charging cables and power banks. Firmware is up to date: 2.4.22 Sennheiser instructions say: if charging does not work: reset handset. I have tried: does not work. Neither with touch, nor via the app. Instructions say: if resetting does not work: charge handset. How, without resetting? Does anyone know a workaround? Or should I exchange it (for the second time)? Have a nice WE Claas
