Yes, you can connect speakers via the 3.5 mm line out jack.

Hello, as far as I know - no. The unit can be used via Bluetooth/WLAN as a loudspeaker, e.g. for a mobile phone or smartphone, but not vice versa (errors excepted). The manual can be downloaded. You will find the corresponding information there. Greetings !
If you have a WLAN at home, you can connect this radio to listen to Radio Paloma DE or SWR4 DE. I wouldn't put your email address in a question.

Unfortunately, we cannot find a web radio that meets your requirements (all of them work via Spotify Connect, and therefore via a smartphone).
The product manager may suggest the following media players: https://www.galaxus.ch/fr/comparison/18015998-17574210
Although they are not exactly what you are looking for, they are close. You can find more information about them on the manufacturer's website: https://bemighty.com/products/mighty-vibe
have found out the answer myself in the meantime:
Adjustment work from Pure 15.07.21 to 16.07.21 concerning the Stream Link Server.

It needs your phone and a premium subscription...I didn't buy it for Spotify, so I don't know if you can select songs directly, if so it's probably quite awkward using the slider.
Hello, I don't know this problem. My Evoke does this on its own. It often switches from DAB to Spotify. Or it switches itself on, and then at full volume... This behaviour is also very uncool. I haven't found out yet whether I'm getting interference from the Wi-Fi or something else.
For the first connection, the radio and smartphone must be in the same Wi-Fi network. After that, playback is also possible without WLAN and Bluetooth. The radio starts and switches to Spotify Connect mode as soon as this is selected on the mobile phone. Alternatively, the connection also works via Bluetooth, as with any other Bluetooth speaker.
Hello
I now have an old Streamium device from Philips where I can no longer receive all the stations and the device constantly hangs up or cannot find the radio stations even though it is connected to the LAN. Advantage, I can play lists directly from the NAS there.
I can't decide between the Pure Evoke F3 and the Imperial Dabman i205. I feel that the Imperial is more appealing, especially after reading the reviews (easy to use). The Imperial also has a LAN connection, which the Pure Evoke does not. But the Pure Evoke is smaller and lighter. The unit would sit on a small shelf next to the desk. The Imperial is available in white, which would again be a plus point for the Imperial.
I have read that the DAB stations don't come in so well. That would be the problem for me, at best. The unit would be about 2 metres away from a north-facing window. This could also be a problem with both devices.
I would use the following functions:
- Internet radio stations (if possible, easy to find and save)
- DAB+ radio (e.g. Radio Swiss Pop etc. I can no longer play via the Internet with my Philips device). Sometimes I just want light background music.
- Spotify
- Play lists via external hard drives or directly from NAS
Do you have any experience with the above functions that you can share with me?
Thanks and greetings
Monika

I treated myself to a Pure Evoke F3. Once in the kitchen and once at work in the workshop. At home in the kitchen it works perfectly and always has good reception. It doesn't matter whether it's DAB+ or Internet radio. However, the router is directly behind the wall. In the workshop, we have to fight a lot with dropouts (Internet radio), but the Internet reception is not optimal. It always receives DAB+ very well, despite thick reinforced concrete walls.
The operation takes a bit of getting used to, but otherwise the product is convincing. A colleague of mine had the earlier version (F2) and was also very satisfied. In general, the Pure brand convinced him. You can't listen to music via an external hard drive, I couldn't find a USB port. I have no experience with the NAS.
The sound is convincing and it is very handy. It doesn't have batteries, so it's wired.
I hope this made your decision easier.

Hello Agents
What does "no sound" mean anymore? With DAB+, FM, Bluetooth, Internet radio? I have not had this problem so far, but I have noticed that the sound output via Bluetooth is very poor (you have to turn up the volume on the radio and the Bluetooth device very high). With Internet radio, I have a lot of stations that take a long time to get a sound; sometimes there is no sound at all...
I would test the following: disconnect the power, wait 10 seconds, reconnect the power and try again; preferably via FM radio at a good reception location (don't forget to unplug the antenna). If that doesn't help, try to connect to the Evoke via Wi-Fi and the Pure App and then do a firmware update if one is available.
