No, the batteries are not included in the scope of delivery http://www.godox.com/EN/Products_Continuous_LEDP260C_Video_Light.html
No, but there is a device for attaching a holder. When choosing a stand, be careful: there are almost 1000 variations, but only one fits. I made a stand myself :)

A tripod thread is integrated for the Godox LEDP260C video light, making it possible to attach the light to a standard tripod. - You can use any tripod solution that is compatible with the tripod thread of the LEDP260C. There is no specific recommendation for a particular tripod model as long as it supports the standard tripod thread (typically 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16).
Automatically generated from the .The LED light is not actually intended for the camera, but for a tripod next to it. However, they only light up about 3-5 metres. For dance events with greater distances, you would actually have to illuminate the whole stage with a few thousand watts. Above all, it should be balanced and not have too much contrast. The easiest thing to do is to make sure that all the available stage lighting is switched on during the shows. It's best to hire someone to do this. Otherwise some solder will switch it off again during the recording. In addition, you could brighten up the stage with 2-3 lamps, but you will need more powerful lamps than these Godox lights. A small fill light on the camera can generally do no harm, although you rarely get close enough to people dancing for it to have much effect.
I would not buy batteries and chargers for these lamps, as the holder is a cheap Chinese product and the battery does not always click into place. I have 2 Godox lamps and I could only snap the battery into the one lamp with difficulty, but it just doesn't work with the second lamp. The lamps work well on mains power. They would work with a rechargeable battery if you could attach the battery properly. Sony-compatible NP-F970 batteries or other brands would otherwise fit.
Thank you for pointing this out, it is the LEDP260C. We will have the error corrected as soon as possible.

There is no remote control.
Light can be adjusted from 3300K to 5600K and from 100% to 10% by means of the remote control supplied, so it should be easy to find the right setting.
