The LED light is not actually intended for the camera, but for a tripod next to it. However, they only light up about 3-5 metres. For dance events with greater distances, you would actually have to illuminate the whole stage with a few thousand watts. Above all, it should be balanced and not have too much contrast. The easiest thing to do is to make sure that all the available stage lighting is switched on during the shows. It's best to hire someone to do this. Otherwise some solder will switch it off again during the recording. In addition, you could brighten up the stage with 2-3 lamps, but you will need more powerful lamps than these Godox lights. A small fill light on the camera can generally do no harm, although you rarely get close enough to people dancing for it to have much effect.
