Logical, because it's PCI-E. But if you don't have at least a Ryzen 3600, better 3900X or 9900k, I would leave it alone. If you play in 1440p with a fast CPU ok, but in FullHD the card is simply too OP. I have 9900k and 2080ti in 1440p with 240Hz, I don't upgrade.
I haven't installed this graphics card yet, so I can't tell you how it performs or if it crashes.

YES! After all, it's almost on par with the 9900K. If you play in 1440p, go for it, but if you play in FullHD, the card is simply underutilised. A 1080 or 2000 RTX will do just as well.
