I've been waiting for the graphics card for 1 week now, not even an email did I get what's happening? Need an explanation what is going on?

So I've been waiting since the release day:) and still Unknown.... unfortunately! Has once given false hope, 2 times in a row it is said that I can pick up the Graka the next day, well now unfortunately again on unknown.

What do you expect when the delivery date is unknown? Do you expect them to tell you that they don't know when the card will arrive? It probably already said that when you ordered it...
