What components would you imagine in such a bundle?
I have the feeling that people's setups for Fiber7-X and especially Fiber7-X2 are very different.
For fibre7-X, a Zyxel AX7501-B0 + matching optics is sufficient. But you can currently get this from Init7 at a much lower price.
For Fiber7-X2 there are many different variants. From self-built routers to MikroTik CCR2004-1G-12S +2XS (which apparently isn't the real thing either and doesn't get 25Gbit cleanly). Over time, the best/most suitable hardware variant would have to crystallise.

Yes, the switch was still there in the past. But I didn't have to change anything back then. Maybe that's why it was abolished.

As far as I know, there is no hardware bundle for fibre-X. However, on the Init7 homepage you can find out which SFP+ module fits the HW you want to use.
As far as I can see, there is no such bundle here yet. But Init7 itself offers suitable hardware at fair prices. Not a bundle, but individual products. But still.

No. Physically it's not possible (wavelength), as well as gigabit connection (slower than X, X2). You need better optics and hardware that is suitable for X/X2. The Init7 homepage and support will help you. So far, only certain devices have been tested.

If you have Fritzbox 5490, you do not need this bundle. Fritzbox 5490 already has a "fibre" port. This bundle is needed to use a normal router without a fibre connection.
You can also have this media converter next to the fibre outlet and connect it via Ethernet to your Fritzbox (or another router). This way you can place the Fritzbox in a different location, for example, to get better Wi-Fi coverage.
(I use this bundle and connect the media converter to my Netgear R7000 router).

Yes, that is possible in principle.
To do this, you have to remove the GBIC - the fibre optic adapter - from the IB2 and plug it into the converter.
In addition, you have to configure the IB2 so that the Internet now runs via ETH and no longer via the fibre-optic connection. Since I don't have an IB2, I can't write anything more specific about this.
In any case, it is helpful if you know a little about the matter, because Swisscom will not provide any support for this configuration. You may also have to change or define the VLAN manually.

Fiber7 is the best provider for direct fibre connections (i.e. you have a fibre connection in your home) in Switzerland. There is no discussion - Fiber 7 delivers what the line offers. No one else does that.
For anything that is not fibre, your question is extremely dependent on where you live and therefore cannot be answered.
Typically, the smaller, regional providers (mostly electricity companies) do a good job.

I used to have Züri.net (with Init7 as provider). Now I was finally able to switch to Finer7. With Züri.net you need an ONT, a relatively large device, to connect from fibre to copper/Ethernet. This set only fits Fiber7.
There is a new fibre optic modem from FritzBox! which I would use in your case.
AVM FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 5490 - at Fibre7 for CHF 299.00 incl. VAT, maybe also at digitec, let's see.

Connect the converter, wait about 1 hour and then you should be able to connect to the Wingo network.
Wingo belongs to Swisscom. I myself have a Fritzbox 5490 and it also works with Swisscom. And Negear also worked for me, but I tested it with another fibre-optic provider at Fiber7. But I think it should work for you without any problems. You just don't get any support at Wingo if you have any questions about your router, you have to contact Netgear directly.

I've searched around a lot, FiberStore in the USA create cables of standard lengths (up to 30m) for cheap and custom lengths (e.g. >= 100m) for reasonable prices, including shipping to Switzerland:

A long fiber cable is nice when you have to put it through your house, since it is much thinner than an Ethernet cable.
