I was able to do a search and depending on what quality is ok for you (I have seen online quality, but even there are differences), the camera may do the job. The image quality will be brilliant for a surveillance camera. The lenses are wide angle and a 2x zoom. This means that at 3.7 metres, the objects will most likely be very small or the resolution much lower as soon as the zoom factor is greater than 2x. Thanks to the 3x lens and zoom, you can "guess" the text from a few metres away, but legibility is not guaranteed and depends heavily on the size of the font and the position of the label.

I was able to rename the camera or integrate it into the app. I connected it directly to the Home Base. You can also use the camera without the Home Base. When installing, I had to reset the camera twice before it worked.
