Question about eufy S350

Can someone please help me? The camera is deactivated in home mode. When I leave the house and switch to away mode, at some point after a while the camera image in the app shows a message (red symbol in the top right-hand corner of the image) that I should activate person detection, even though it is actually activated in the app. And this happens every day/every time the camera is switched on again by changing the mode. The mode change (Home or Away) also reacts quickly, but sometimes the camera image is still visible in the app, even though it should be deactivated in Home mode. Is there somewhere you can set to receive a notification if the camera is offline? This has happened before, but I didn't realise it at the time. The camera is connected to the Homebase 3.
