Question about eufy S350

I received the cam today, but it can neither be renamed in the app nor does it connect to the wifi. I have other products from Eufy and have never had such problems. Has anyone already had this and been able to solve it? Otherwise I think the cam is defective and will probably have to be returned

Helpful answer

I was able to rename the camera or integrate it into the app. I connected it directly to the Home Base. You can also use the camera without the Home Base. When installing, I had to reset the camera twice before it worked.
