Questions about Canon Selphy CP1300

Hi, my Canon Selphy cp 1300 can only print from 1 mobile phone. Is this normal? With the second one comes error.... no communication with the printer.

I no longer have the paper cassette, just the paper. How do I do this?

Hello, I have a canon selphy 1300. Until the day before yesterday, I could print without any problems. Today, just before printing, it just goes out without any error message. I have nevertheless inserted a new ink cartridge and new photo paper. Everything is in place. It starts and adjusts normally. My phone connects via the app. It shows that the data is being loaded, pulls the paper briefly and just goes out. Does anyone know this problem?

Installation WLAN does not work. The device is recognised by Windows in the network. It has an IP address but no driver. The Canon driver does not recognise the device when WLAN installation is selected in the menu. Installation via USB works. Does anyone have an idea how to print or install the driver via WLAN? Hello. I have just started using my new Canon Selphy CP1300. Printing via smartphone works perfectly. When printing via PC (Windows), a "wide bar" is not printed on the paper. The bar is about 1/3 of the paper (lengthwise; P100x148). What can I do? How can I solve the problem?
