Suddenly my Selphy does not print the lower cm in the upper line and the upper 3 cm in the lower line when I set it to 6 pictures.
3cm in the bottom line, so that there is a free bar of about 4cm.
I have already restarted the computer and printer and changed the paper and cartridge.

I have not experienced such problems. My suggestion: Contact Canon support. They have always dealt with my problems competently and quickly. Kind regards KW
