The link to the ongoing Canon Winter 2019/2020 cash back promotion is as follows: https://de.canon.ch/winter/ The crucial step is to register under point (2)
Your reasoning is correct. That's a discount of almost 22% in total.
Exactly. Cashback is a refund/payment. Read the Cashback -> View more section on the product page.
No, you need to register your product on the Canon Webpage: https://de.canon.ch/summer/ After that you can choose between Cashback or Credit: Cashback: You will just get the money (300.-) Credit: Buy another Product from Canon and register it, but 400.- cheaper.
if it is intended for CANON EOS yes...there are different "mounts"...
Battery life is definitely no worse than the mkIII. I use the grip and have never had to change the batteries when shooting 500 - 1000 frames in a day. The raw files are also much better once you stop Lightroom setting contrast at -20
No, it is not pre-installed. If you wish, you can have it retrofitted for a fee via the Canon Service Centre.
Showroom as mentioned by Mehmeterkan above means that the camera is on display in a Digitec shop. The trade-in campaign is described if you scroll down a bit on the product page.
Canon offers the third year after registration and Digitec has nothing to do with it. If you do not register after purchase, the normal two years apply. Digitec has always had the extended warranty through them.
SDHC SDXC are also supported. http://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/1/0300025061/02/EOS_5D_Mark_IV_Instruction_Manual_DE.pdf p.574 Compatible with UHS-I cards. In general, also pay attention to the transfer speed and size of the card, e.g. also in the event of a defective card.
No, only 24 Mt.
Not all, no. Canon uses two different bayonet mounts, EF for full-frame cameras like the 5D, and EF-S for APS-C cameras like the 700D. EF lenses can be connected to EF-S cameras, but not vice versa. So when you switch to the 5D, only those of your lenses that have an EF bayonet will work (the 18-55mm kit lens, for example, will not work, it has an EF-S bayonet).
Sali David I would recommend the same to you :) especially in the sports area you already have a better result with the 5d. I'm also thinking about upgrading to the Mk4 but I don't see the point. I'll have to think about it, maybe you'll be interested in my mk3 ^^ It "only" has 16000 resolutions. ;)
It's second hand products. When selecting one product, you'll can see the conditions of the product. For instance, for one of the camera, you can see "Appearance: Slight traces of use"
Unfortunately, we have no insight into how many shots have already been taken with this camera. We recommend checking the number of shutter releases with suitable software immediately after receiving the camera. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.
Your question probably refers to one of the secondhand products. Can I ask you which one you mean exactly?
The cheaper version is an EU device and therefore has no Swiss warranty. This means that the more expensive model has: Canon Swiss warranty 3-year premium warranty (1-year Euro and 2-year Swiss warranty) - Registration on Canon CH website - Registration deadline: 2 months after date of purchase.
On closer inspection, I would think that it is primarily the price that is different. But that's really just a guess ;)
It's probably just the price difference. I bought the EU model. Everything is perfect and works as it should.
There is only one Canon brand lV! One is a kit with lens, the other is an EU import. However, I would rather go for the newer line from Canon are lighter
No, there are no technical differences.
The EU version was not imported via Canon Switzerland. It is therefore a grey import.

With Canon CameraConnect you can connect an Android or iOS tablet via wifi and work exactly as you describe. Settings can also be made and triggered.
This means that the item has not been imported and distributed by Canon Switzerland Ltd. This means that the CashBack or Premium Guarantee actions are not applicable. The basic warranty on the other hand will be covered by Galaxus. Canon Switzerland Ltd. does not support parallel imported products.
