The card is suddenly no longer recognised, tried many things, new CMOS battery, CMOS jumper reset, Bios update, tried 2 other cards, (they both work perfectly, unfortunately too old for WIN10), RX 570 is no longer recognised, not even BIOS starts, no video signal to recognise, Led flashes white as always, fans do not turn. Why can't I get a support reply? All free on Monday?! Smh

A customer wrote to us directly: The symptoms described possibly indicate an insufficient power supply. On the one hand, the PC seems to work perfectly with an older graphics card. On the other hand, the BIOS test is apparently not even carried out with the new graphics card when the PC is switched on. The RX570 requires up to 150W at 12V. This power should therefore be available at the card's 8-pin (4+4) auxiliary power connector. In my opinion, a power supply unit with a minimum of 550W (better 650 or 750W) and 12V output with cable 4+4 or 6+2 is a prerequisite for this. If the power supply of the MB and the graphics card are designed correctly, a defect in the card would still be a possibility. When assembling my new PC with the RX570 I mentioned, my old, rather dusty 650W power supply gave up the ghost. Since then, I no longer have any problems with 750W. In my experience with hardware failures, power supplies are undisputedly in first place.
