Unfortunately not, I did not find any.
Such adapters exist, but are neither manufactured by Apple nor distributed on Digitec.

We only sell original accessories unless they are declared as universal. It is also apparent in the description of accessories from third-party manufacturers.

I don’t think this is the thing you are looking for.
As far as I know the new MacBooks do have a USB-C type connector. So you need to look for USB-C to lightning .
