Hello Simon I had the same problem at the beginning, not with Dezer but with Spotify. You have to save the songs that you say directly to Alexa via the announcement: "Alexa play Yellow by Coldplay" in your favourites list in the music programme. Alexa cannot directly access any music in the programme, but you first have to save it under Favourites. At least my Alexa now directly plays all my songs and artists that I have in my favourites on Spotify. I hope I could help you. LG

Hello, open an Amazon account with an address in France and connect to alexa.amazon.com with your webbrowser (on your computer). I activated two Alexa in a few minutes a fortnight ago without ever going through the app.

You can download and install the AlexApp on your mobile phone as an APK. Either you register at Amazon.de with an address in Germany (any address) or you download the APK from another site (e.g. Chip.de). I recommend the first option.

Hello I don't understand why there is no Swiss version. There is no difference in the devices but what I can recommend is to set the Alexa app on the phone in German and not Switzerland that saves a lot of nerves otherwise also has no effect on the phone according to my experience.
