Information on memory configuration: The following technical specifications should be considered in advance: Non-ECC UDIMM (without Error-Correction-Code), ECC DIMM (with Error-Correction-Code), or RDIMM (Registered DIMM) RAM can be installed in the device. RDIMM memory is recommended for achieving large memory capacities. The different memory technologies (non-ECC UDIMM / ECC UDIMM / RDIMM) must not be mixed. If a memory upgrade is to be performed with the existing RAM, it must be checked which memory technology (non-ECC UDIMM / ECC UDIMM / RDIMM) is present.

In the device, RDIMM (Registered DIMM) or LRDIMM (Load Reduced DIMM) RAM can be installed. LRDIMM memory is recommended for achieving large memory capacities. RDIMM memory modules cannot be mixed with LRDIMM memory. If a memory upgrade is to be performed with the existing RAM, it must be checked which memory technology (RDIMM / LRDIMM) is present.

If memory modules with higher clock rates than specified by the system are offered, the memory clock will automatically adjust to the system specifications.
