The white matte Meinl Sonic Energy crystal singing bowl made from high-purity quartz creates a very harmonious aura with its sound and design. Its long-lasting, spherical tone spreads when the bowl is gently struck or rubbed, making the energy palpable throughout the surrounding area. All crystal singing bowls come with a silicone ring to prevent damage and ensure the best sound resonance. This singing bowl has a size of 12 inches and resonates at the note C with 432 Hz. The corresponding solar plexus chakra is said to promote peace, inner harmony, and serenity.
