The white matte Meinl Sonic Energy crystal singing bowls made from high-purity quartz create a very harmonious aura with their sound and design. Their long-lasting, spherical tone spreads when the bowl is gently struck or rubbed, making the energy palpable throughout the surrounding area. All crystal singing bowls come with a silicone ring to prevent damage and ensure the best sound resonance. This singing bowl is 11" in size and resonates at the note F with 432 Hz. The corresponding heart chakra is said to promote trust, optimism, warmth, joy, compassion, and helpfulness.
