LD Systems Maui 5 W

The MAUI 5 is an ultra-compact PA and monitor system weighing just under 11 kg, with a peak power of 800 watts and a maximum sound pressure level of 120 dB. As the smallest system in the MAUI family, it can be set up in seconds thanks to a specially developed multipin connector and just four components, and it impresses with its wide dispersion and high feedback resistance. The MAUI 5 is easy to carry and fits on any car seat. The bass reflex enclosure of the 8" subwoofer base also houses the Class-D amplifier unit of the system, which includes protection circuits against overcurrent, overheating, and short circuits, as well as the digital LECC signal processing from LD Systems and a 4-channel mixer. With integrated Bluetooth technology for wireless streaming and simultaneously usable microphone, line, and high-impedance inputs, various sound sources can be connected to the MAUI 5, such as playback devices and instruments like keyboards or guitars. Separate level controls, volume controls for the subwoofer and system, and a high-shelf filter for adjusting the treble response to the room acoustics allow for a perfectly tuned performance.
