Product details
- Extremely fast 7,300 read and 6,000 MB/s write speeds.
- Phison PS5018-E18 controller and 3D-NAND TLC V2
- Guaranteed write volume of 700 TBW
- Fast NVMe SSD for the M.2 slot with additional heat sink
- The Phison controller of the Gigabyte Aorus Gen4 7300 NVMe SSD supports the PCIe 4.0 standard.
With a read speed of 7,300 MB/s, the Gigabyte Aorus Gen4 7300 achieves very good values. The write speed of up to 6,000 MB/s is also impressive. The SSD supports the NVM Express protocol (NVMe for short), which is reflected in particularly low latencies and high read and write speeds.
With 3D-NAND V2 memory technology, the individual memory chips of the SSD are stacked in a space-saving arrangement. The effectiveness of this efficient technology is reflected for the consumer above all in high performance and durability. The Gigabyte Aorus Gen4 7300 NVMe SSD has a TBW (write/erase cycles) of 700 TB. This means that it will continue to perform reliably and without compromise for many years to come.
The Gigabyte Aorus Gen4 7300 NVMe SSD comes with a massive copper heatspreader, which can be fitted if the motherboard does not have its own cooling options for M.2 SSDs. The enlarged cooling surface dissipates heat more efficiently, regardless of whether the airflow flows vertically, horizontally or diagonally through the case. This improves the user experience, especially when transferring large files or using applications with a high write load.
