dB Technologies L160D

The L160D is a powerful, lightweight compact speaker that offers a variety of connection options and easy handling for multimedia sound reinforcement tasks.

The relatively high sound pressure is achieved through two phase-corrected 5-inch speakers, which, thanks to the digital sound processor (DSP), deliver brilliant sound with high speech intelligibility.

One of the two 5-inch speakers is designed as a coaxial system with a dome tweeter and horn attachment, resulting in very uniform and controlled high-frequency reproduction.

The integrated DSP provides eight preset settings to optimize playback characteristics: "Live, Playback, Stage Monitor, Male, Female, Studio Monitor, Autoloudness," and a compatible equalization for the analog predecessor model L160.

The preamplifier features two separate inputs, each with independent volume control: Line/Mic in XLR and 1/4" jack, as well as AUX with RCA connectors.

The multifunctional housing offers mounting points for wall brackets for permanent installation and pole mount flanges or an L-bracket (WB11) for mobile use, making it particularly distinguished as a versatile tool for professional sound reinforcement tasks.
