    Reception ? Grotty bad

    Hello dear Galaxus Mobile Community I switched from Swisscom to Galaxus Mobile after more than 20 years. The reason? Price...very simple. Now, after just under 1 month....am somehow extremely dissatisfied. The reception is extremely, really extremely bad. Where I used to have reception of 5 bars (I live in the city of ZH), I now have just under 1 bar. This continues....even at the railway station. Yesterday I wanted to send something via WhatsApp...didn't work, had to go back up so I could send the photo. I understand that I get what I pay for, but it's so bad??? Dear Galaxus Mobile employees: did you really make such a bad deal with Sunrise? In any case, I'll have a look around now....

    Can I take out a 1-month extension to a flat-rate subscription to be able to send text messages without changing SIM?

    I am new to Galaxus Mobile. I have received an invoice by sms. How should I pay it?

    I have interposed a credit card with galaxus. Will the amount be debited automatically? I can also pay by payment slip via the bank. I need an IBAN number for this.

    Netgear Nighthawk M5 no more network!

    I have had no broadband reception since Friday (26/01/2024). When I checked the device, it said that there was a problem with an update. I had to reset the Nighthawk to the factory settings. But the IP was then set to 192.168.1.1, I'm not quite sure but I thought the IP was 10.0.0.1 and the subnet addr: 255.255.0.0. But even with this setting I still get no network. What is wrong and what are the correct settings?

    Need help with my digitec phone number

    we have a digitec contract with phone number: this number doesn't register to the mobile network. The bill is already paid so not sure what is the cause of this. If anyone can please help me with this? I can't find a customer support number to call and find out what is the issue with this company phone.

    Hands off this nix-can plan

    I've had this plan for 1 month and since then I've had reception problems and can't talk to anyone without interruption, whereas before I never had any problems with Swisscom. I advise you all to keep your hands off this toy subscription! I often have no bars for telephony and only H reception. Insta on the road impossible. Sometimes even photos on Whatsapp are already impossible. I'd rather pay a bit more and then I can use my mobile... this plan is really not for young people! Sorry,.I am more than just disappointed. The support could not help me, I have now cancelled!

    Exchange 2 Black-Friday (CHF 100) Digitec Connect Codes

    I bought 2 Digitec Connect codes for CHF 100 each during the BlackFriday promotion and cannot redeem them because only 1 code from the same promotion can be redeemed per SIM. Does anyone have the same problem and want to exchange the codes?

    Real IoT SIM cards

    Hello digitec, currently your IoT Digitec SIM cards are less IoT and more Data Only SIMs. Why are you marketing them alienated from their purpose? I activated my SIM without you specifically stating it and found that it is completely unusable for IoT. You do not currently support any of the typical IoT standards such as NB-IoT CAT-NB or LTE-M / CAT-M. However, I could only know this after the SIM was purchased, activated and then did not work. I found what I was looking for in the FAQ on the Digital Republic website. If IoT as a name marketing technically brings you the customers, then please clearly distinguish it in the product description and say what it can not do although the product title suggests it. Do you have SIM cards that support real IoT standards?

    Digitec Connect - Call waiting functionality and display on missed call faulty

    Dear Community Perhaps someone has a similar problem or can reproduce it with their own Digitec Connect subscription. Digitec Connect Support and the manufacturer of the mobile phone don't know what to do, but it worked with the previous provider (Sunrise).     I would like to follow a 3-hour series of lectures via laptop, LTE stick and suitable data SIM, which is taking place in CH, from France mobile. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Is it at all possible to follow an event visually and acoustically via the mobile internet, which I would like to log into via a link, with a data SIM solution? Simply register at connect.digitec.ch. In the registration process, we will ask you if you want a subscription with a new phone number or if you want to keep your current phone number. If you want to keep your current number, we will initiate the cancellation of your subscription with your current provider and organise the number porting.

    Data Sim Card for the Canary Islands

    Good morning I am going on a cruise in the Canary Islands region at the beginning of March. But now I am looking for a data sim card with plus or minus 1GB for my mobile hotspot. It should be possible to do whatsapp messaging and internet telephony. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks for your help Rob
