Extremely late delivery and very poor customer service
I ordered the product with the promise of “flash delivery” before I left for vacation. The delivery was delayed for 1 week!!!! which meant a delivery in front of my door while I am away for 3 weeks. This means it will either be stolen or be a visible sign to strangers that I am away. I contacted 3 different customer service personnel. One of them promised to cancel and reimburse the products. But this never happened! They also told a big lie that they could not make the delivery on time as they could not reach me!! I was home full day specifically waiting for this delivery. I am a very loyal customer and with this horrible customer service I am beyond dissapointed. Galaxus should own their mistake and try to find a solution.

Sie sollten hier aber das Produkt bewerten und nicht die Lieferung!
Pünktliche Lieferungen sind doch manchmal einfach schwierig für den Händler, und Erwartungen der Kunden oftmals abgehoben und nicht realistisch... und wo ich Ihre Kritik nicht verstehe, sie schreiben am Schluss, sie hätten das Produkt nicht erhalten, das heisst es wurde offenbar trotzdem erfolgreich storniert?
