Your faithful hiking companion - the outdoor rucksack
Rucksack or not - freedom of movement must remain the same. The bag should be comfortable, not too heavy, not too big, but still roomy enough to hold everything you need. We can help you find the right rucksack.
When buying a backpack, pay attention to the following points:
Small backpacks: lightweight, small, but well organised
Hiking backpacks: space, good shape and versatile use
These backpacks generally have a volume of between 30 and 50 litres. They have a very good carrying system, guaranteeing both a good fit and great freedom of movement. They are ideal for long hikes, for use in the high mountains, and for ski outings.
Trekking backpacks: plenty of space and stability
Trekking backpacks easily support loads of more than 25 kg - with volumes ranging from 50 to 75 litres - and don't compromise on comfort. The ergonomic lumbar belt and internal reinforcements distribute the load on the hips perfectly. With their large volume and numerous pockets and fastening straps, they are ideal for excursions lasting several days/weeks.
