You don’t have to break the world record to stay in shape

Deadlifts are in fashion. I'm one of many who performs this exercise on a reguar basis. Having said that, I’m nowhere near Eddie Hall’s world record of lifting incredible 500 kg of weight. I lift away quite merrily with 40 kg – that’s including the bar.

The strongest man in the world is from Stoke-on-Trent in England and is called Eddie Hall. He’s the world record deadlift holder, lifting 500 kg. That’s five hundred kilograms! Five hundr... okay, I'll calm down right away. That's about as much as a full-grown horse. And this is what lifting 500 kg looks like (by the way, please don’t try this at home or in the gym):

It's almost impossible to squeeze more functions into such a small space. This weight bench lets you perform a large number of exercises for shoulders, chest, arms, abdomen, legs and back.

What's more, you can perform all the exercises that require a bench (either flat or folded), and any other variations you come up with yourself. This training station doesn't include a lat pulldown tower, but with the cable pull through gives you alternative options – for example, by leaning over the bicep bench from the front and pulling the weights on the cable pull through towards you from the back.

You don't want your ambitious workout to harm your tendons and joints. For this reason, the Gorilla weight bench offers many options to adapt and adjust it to your physique. The bench comes with two integrated stands on the back that allow you to store elements (leg curler, bicep bench) when you're not using them.

For more detailed information on the included accessories, please refer to the product description.

All that’s left now is to go and lift that 🤬 barbell.

From teenager to lion. Can I do it? Follow my profile to find out.
