We love Disney films: Here are our three favourites

They are heart-warming, beautiful and sometimes a little sad, but always cute - animated films from Disney. We show you our favourite Disney films and the best fan merchandise to go with each film.
Jessica and Roxy (Product Manager at Galaxus) approached me: they love Disney films. I should definitely write something on the topic of Disney. A nice topic, but one that seems a bit endless to me. In the 90-year history of The Walt Disney Company, over 150 animated and cartoon films have been made. Disney is much more than just a company that makes films - and not just for them. Disney is the dream factory par excellence.
To narrow the topic down a little, I asked them what their favourite film was. They thought, discussed, considered, decided, changed their minds - but they couldn't agree. That's why I'm now presenting one of their favourites here. And because I've now found myself in so many discussions on the topic of Disney, I'm also sharing my favourite film with you.
Jessica loves the classics
Jessica, like many of us, grew up with the Disney classics. She finds the stories and characters, as well as the way the old Disney films were drawn, extremely impressive. However, she also likes non-animated films that are now also part of Disney, such as Star Wars or Pirates of the Caribbean. So of course the choice doesn't get any smaller! After reconsidering, Jessica rules out the new films again. The favourite is clearly to be found among the old classics. She lists them: "Mickey Mouse, Pinocchio, Dumbo, The Lion King, Snow White, Cinderella, there are so many!" But then I see a gleam in her eye: The Jungle Book! That's the one. A film that brings sadness as well as happiness and cosiness. It's definitely Jessica's favourite Disney film. And here's the best scene from it:
She would love to have these products and much more from The Jungle Book:
Roxy cries at Bambi
Roxy also particularly likes the Disney classics. Her favourite character and therefore her favourite film is Bambi, because Bambi is so cute! As the film is very sad, she hated it as a child because it always made her cry. Today Roxy is grown up and brave, loves the film - but still has to cry. She thinks the characters, the colours and the film in general are simply beautiful. She is particularly proud of her suitcase in the Bambi design and emphasises: "It's not just for the little ones!".
What else Roxy wishes for from Bambi (or would have wished for as a child):

Irene wants Rapunzel's shiny magic hair
Like Jessica and Roxy, I find it difficult to choose a film. One thing is clear, it has to be one of the newer films. As a child, I found the Disney films far too brutal, I was scared and had to cry (yes Roxy, I feel for you). So I still haven't seen Jungle Book or Bambi to this day. When everyone went crazy for The Lion King, I didn't understand what could possibly be good about a film with so many evil hyenas - nightmares are my spontaneous association! Probably to make up for the film moments I missed as a child, I am now the first person to want to see a new Disney animated film in the cinema. I think back over the last few years and all the wonderful Disney films. I've got it: Rapunzel Reborn! That's my favourite! For weeks after seeing the film, "I want shiny magic hair" was my answer to everything. The story is told with a lot of wit and charm and the film is also an absolute highlight musically, in typical Disney fashion.
A Rapunzel character like that and Flynn are probably a must:

I love the strategy game “The Settlers of Catan”, the Ravensburger puzzle “Colourful Cupcakes” and the pink fluffy unicorn that sits on my desk (a birthday present from my workmates). Not only do I have a weakness for toys, I also get excited about good food and comedy TV shows.
